How long will it take to get my new card?

You should expect to receive your new insurance card in the mail within a few weeks. If not, please contact your carrier directly for more information. 

If your carrier is unable to assist you, or if you’re unsure how to contact your carrier, please call our Member Services team at 1-888-341-2040

For vision, you are covered for scratched retina, detached retina, glaucoma, and any other eye conditions. But it’s not for glasses or contacts. 

Dental is automatically included for children 19 years old and younger. For adults, policies must be purchased separately from your health insurance. Please visit our dental page to learn more.

Yes, of course. Please reach out to your carrier for details on how to access your member portal, where you can download and/or print out cards. They can also mail you new insurance cards.

That’s no problem. If your income changes we can assist you in doing an income adjustment. You won’t lose your insurance, but you will receive a rate adjustment. If that means you will need to change your policy, we can help you with that as well—just call our Member Services team at 1-888-341-2040.

Preventive care visits are covered at NO cost to you – this includes physicals, well-child visits, immunizations, colonoscopies, mammograms, pap smears, and any labs involved.
